8. Choose PAY ON LINE on right

9. Click Pay With Credit/Debit Card & complete the card & billing information

10. Click the blue button on the right PAY $38.50 (USD) (includes the $1.50 service charge)

11. Next screen should read PAYMENT SUCCCESSFUL

You will receive a Club email confirmation of your payment
